I hope to strip my "self" down to my core in order to rebuild in alignment  with my current values.  I must admit that there is a bit of vanity pushing me.  


I know we as humans can be better to ourselves and others.  


During this "experiment" it is my intention to discovery the strength and wisdom I feel I'll need to help guide myself, and others to a broader enlightenment and ultimately to a since of happiness.  I expect to run into challenges, my first being the task of figuring out how in the hell I am going to prepare my nourishment in an efficient manner, the others I am sure will present themselves along my journey.

what do I hope accomplish...

The basics:

The fast was created by Stanley Burroughs in 1941 and though I have no physical ailments I am hoping to find some insight into my true nature by taking this journey and shedding the excesses of western life.

I am going to fast for the next 10 days on a diet which consist of lemon juice, grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper powder, and water.
